Overhauling of headstock assembly. Replace minor defective parts like gears, shafts, bearings. If Spindle needs to be replaced it will be on chargeable basis.

Overhauling of Apron box assembly and replace or repair defective parts, if any.

Overhauling of Norton gear box assembly and replace or repair defective parts, if any.

Overhauling of Switch shaft assembly and replace or repair defective parts, if any.

Overhauling of Tail stock assembly and replace or repair defective parts, if any.

Replace or repair lead screw lead screw & half nut, if necessary.

Replace or repair tailstock screw, nut and ram, if necessary.

Rebore Tailstock bore, if necessary.

Overhauling of Change gear and Swivel frame assembly.

Overhauling of electric control panel box.

Internal morse taper grinding of main spindle.

Alignment of Lathe machine as per I.S. Test Chart No. 1878.

Carry out Geometric and practical test as per I.S. test Chart.

Re-painting of complete Lathe Machine.

If any bearings, electrical parts & major parts found to be defective and required to be replaced, it will be on chargeable basis.

Scrapping or grinding the big column.

Scrapping of headstock with respect to column guideways such that spindle axis become 90 degree with respect to column guideways.

Scrapping of Taper wedge for headstock, if require replace wedge.

Scrapping of lock piece, guide piece for headstock.

Scrapping or grinding of boring stay.

Level the big column by scrapping of bottom face of column with bed.

Level the small column (maintain by scrapping bottom face of column).

Overhauling of headstock assembly.

Overhauling of bogie assembly.

Overhauling of feed gearbox assembly.

Overhauling of distribution gear box assembly.

Overhauling of drive gear box assembly.

Overhauling of bed assembly.

Overhauling of electrical panel & electricals. If require elements and wiring will be replaced.

Overhauling of both column assembly.

Re-fitting of all sub assemblies with bed and column.

Allignment of complete machine as per din standard.

Practical test carried out.

Re-painting of complete machine.
NOTE
If any parts needs to be replaced by new parts, it will be at extra cost. We will quote for the defective parts and after your confirmation we will change defective parts.

Reconditioning of radial arm rack.

Overhauling of Drill Head and replace defective parts by new one.

Overhauling and reconditioning of feed gear box and change the defective parts, if any.

Overhauling of arm sleeve, drill, drill head locking and unlocking hydraulic systems and replace the defective parts, if any.

Overhauling of electric panel board and electrical components.

Internal grinding of morse taper of drilling main spindle, if required.

Setting of all operating levers.

Change worn out bushes, wherever required.

Check oil leakage and replace oil seal, O rings wherever required.

Fitting all the sub assemblies.

Alignment of Radial Drilling machine as per IS Test Chart.

Geometrical, performance and practical test to be carried out at our works by your engineers.

Finally painting of the machine before dispatch from our works.
