DESIGN :
As improvements are constantly made in our machines and products, the specifications and designs are subject to change for upgrading the products without notice and are not binding on us.

VALIDITY :
Generally offers of Bharat Machine Tools (BMT) are valid upto 30 days from the date of the offer or as decided mutually.

PRICES :
Prices indicated will be ex-works, Jamnagar . Excise duty, Sales tax, Octroi and any other Government levies are extra and applicable as per the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Presently excise duty is not applicable; CST is 4% against form ‘C’ outside Gujarat , and 8% within Gujarat.

DELIVERY :
Within the stipulated period as decided, after the receipt of firm order, which is technically and commercially clear alongwith advance. Delivery is subject to delays, which may occur due to reasons beyond control against force majeure conditions.

PAYMENT : Usually30% as advance against our profoma invoice or offer, along with your purchase order. Balance 70% against dispatch of the machine alongwith form ‘C’ or any other if required. The payment terms can depend upon the terms agreed mutually as per your Purchase Order.

INSPECTION :
Inspection of the machine and products will be carried out at our works according to the IS Standard test chart by our engineers, and if required customers/ or their qualified engineers can do the inspection at our works. Thereafter, a joint inspection report to be made and signed by BMT and the customer. Customer shall give a clearance report for dispatch after inspection.

PACKING/FORWARDING :
If full packing or seaworthy packing is required, it will be on extra cost. Machine and products will be loaded on extra cost.

TRANSPORTATION :
Machine will be dispatched by road, on “To pay basis” through any reputed transport.

INSURANCE :
Transit insurance to be arranged by the buyer if required. However if required, on request the insurance can be arranged by BMT and the charges will be raised on the buyer.

ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING :
If required, BMT will depute it’s team on demand, on extra cost for supervision of erection & commissioning of it’s products. Conditionally the machine should be placed on the foundation prepared as per the drawing furnished.

GUARANTEE :
All the machines & accessories manufactured and supplied by BMT are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch or 13 months from the date of dispatch if commissioning done by BMT. Only mechanical spare parts will be supplied free of cost during guarantee period, if against any manufacturing defects only. However, BMT is not responsible for any accidents of its products during transportation and unloading.
